Description: City Triangles aqua blue formal dress. Size medium. Fabric is very forgiving and the rouching hides any imperfections. Halter style. Back has a small thread pull (see photo) but no pulling on front. Only worn once. Beautiful flowing bottom great for dancing! Waist has rhinestone under chest.
