Terms and Conditions

By placing an order and purchasing goods from Football Best Gifts store, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us on the following conditions.

Shipping & Handling:

We usually despatch orders within 24-48 hours of payment. However, if you order after 3pm GMT on Fridays, then it maybe the following Monday before your order is despatched.

Please allow up to 15-20 business days of delivery. (On occasions post to Australia takes longer than expected due to the customs process)

Any person purchasing our products from outside of the UK is the importer to that destination and is responsible for all taxes and/ or special duty payments on all of the products ordered. We are not responsible for delays in the delivery, transit times or customs.

Please only contact us if the item has not arrived after 3 weeks. We will post the item to the address of your Paypal registered. Please ensure your address is correct. We are not response for any loss due to incorrect address.  If the item returns to us without fault, buyer will pay the shipping and handling fees again. If you would like a parcel sent to an alternative address we must be notified prior to payment being made.
