* PayPal payments: All PayPal orders are shipped directly to the PayPal approved address listed with the PayPal payment. Please check with PayPal to verify this address prior to making payment. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping fees or recovery costs associated with an undeliverable or old/bad address.
* Major Credit Cards: U.S. Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express are accepted. For our security and yours, we will only ship to the billing address listed with your credit card. All credit card charges are subject to online fraud verification checks by the processing company.
Payment must be made within 7 days of auction end time. We cannot accept any payments over the phone.
Sales tax is applicable and will be charged for the entire order amount for orders purchased and shipped to the following state:

* Shipping costs are posted directly in the listing ad or there is a shipping calculator in the ad to help you determine the shipping cost and options.
* Orders are shipped directly to the address listed on the payment. Shipping fees for any undeliverable packages or package recover as well as re-shipment charges are the buyers responsibility.
* Items will ship within 2-3 business days of payment via UPS or USPS. Audio Music Sales reserves the right to select the shipping company on all shipments. An email will be sent informing you of your shipping method and tracking information when the item has shipped.
* In the unfortunate event that you need to return or exchange your item, please contact our Customer Service Department through eBay for instructions on returning or exchanging the item. Our return/exchange process is fast and buyer friendly. A copy of the return/exchange process will be sent with your package for your records.
*All returns/exchanges package must have prior approval from Audio Music Sales before the package can be sent in.
* If your item includes a warranty, please contact our Customer Service Department at through eBay messages for further instructions .
* Audio Music Sales Inc. does not reimburse any shipping charges. When returning a package, please make sure you do insure the package, use sufficient packaging, and use a shipping carrier that has tracking capabilities as Audio Music Sales is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once your package has been received, please allow 7-10 business days for our Returns Department to verify the returned contents and issue either a refund or an exchange. All refunds are refunded back to the original payment method.
