For return address please see return label on the back of your parcel. Returned item has to be in its original item packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, item should be returned to us by a shipper that can supply tracking information; we will not be held responsible for items that go missing should you choose not to follow this advice, (your only recourse then is with your shipper for loss). After receiving the returned item we will issue a replacement, if not available (depends on our stock), a refund will be issued. Your refund or exchange will be processed once we are in receipt of the goods.
