Return Policy
If
you're not satisfied, simply contact me via site messaging or feel free to
call 916-990-5444.
Please
know the package needs to be returned in the original manufacturing package and
in its original condition (unopened if it comes in a package).
All of
our Buyers have two weeks from date of delivery to return an item or exchange
for a different size.
You
must purchase at least Tracking or Delivery Confirmation number on any return
so we know where the package is in transit, and you’re able to confirm that
package has been received.
If you
return an item for a refund we will credit your account for the full amount of
the purchase price of the item within 3 days of receipt of the return.
If
you’re returning an item that was a free ship and it is being returned due to a
change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size I will gladly refund or
exchange the purchase but I will deduct the shipping charge from the
refund.
Or I
will send you an invoice to re-ship the exchange for a different item or size.
So please be aware that this cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
Unfortunately
the return shipping cost back to the seller is the responsibility of the buyer,
as well as the cost to ship an exchange back to you, unless there is a
misrepresentation or omission of my item.
If a
misrepresentation or omission of my item may ever occur or you have concerns or
questions please contact me @ 916-990-5444 or contact me via site messaging and
we will make arrangements for you to return the item back and in that situation
I will refund the total listing, plus original shipping paid.
If you
make a mistake and purchase the wrong size in a clothing item, we will gladly
exchange it for you providing item is returned new and has not been altered,
worn, washed or tags removed.
But
know the cost of shipping the return to me and back to you will be at your
cost.
(Regarding Party Supplies)
Please
know if you are purchasing party supplies and for whatever reason need to be
returned them, they must be returned unopened & unused.
I am
unable to resell if opened.
If
opened or used I will not be able to accept the return for a refund.
Satisfaction
has always been our goal!
Please
note that unfortunately shipping company's do not always handle our packages
with care.
Please
request an invoice with insurance on fragile items prior to making payment.
You
take a big chance not doing that, especially when you request a cheaper
shipping method and it takes longer to reach you.
I try
very hard to describe all items to the best of my ability when listing.
Please
pay within 3 days of winning the auction unless prior arrangements have been
made
If you
don’t pay within 7 days of your purchase the system automatically files a
non-payer dispute on the 8th day.
So
please if there is a problem and you need additional time contact me so that
this doesn't happen.
Shipping
All
regular items will usually be shipped within 24 hours of receiving CLEARED
payment unless otherwise stated..
All
printed and custom items that we sell can take up to 3 business days to ship
out.
If you
have combined shipping question please give the zip code of your state.
This
information is not always provided to me when you ask a combined shipping
question.
I will
only ship a package to the address on file at the time of payment!
There
is no exception to this rule.
So
please make address changes prior to PayPal payment so you have package go
where you want it.
I
combine shipping fees on all items when possible.
Not all
items purchased are best served by shipping them together.
So
please know depending on the item (size, shape or weight) will help to decide
if we may combine.
Listings
MUST be paid for on ONE invoice for combined shipping.
If you
contact me please always include the listing number of item in question.
We
strive to treat our buyers with the best customer service possible at all
times.
If not
pleased let me know so we may have the opportunity to correct the problem.
Please
know that I have no control over shipping charges for everything shipped is
based on weight.
These
fees are set by the U.S. Postal Service and out of my control.
Estimated
shipping times are based on the shipping method you decide to use.
Domestic Shipping
On
average Priority Mail can take 3-5 business days, Parcel Post can take 4-10 or
First Class can take 3-5 business days’ business days.
Biggest
confusion for buyers comes when item is shipped first class.
All
items are shipped as a package.
A first
class package cost is not the same as first class letter.
So
please make your choice of shipping according to your needs.
If you
need a package by a specific date please contact me prior to purchase.
I will
let you know if you're needs can be met.
I would
rather you didn’t purchase than be disappointed because it didn’t arrive in
time.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import
duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please
check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional
costs will be prior to bidding or buying if that is a concern?
I will
gladly give you whatever information you need for customs if you like.
• Customs fees are normally charged by
the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up.
These
fees are not additional shipping charges, but the cost to you to import the
item.
• I will not under-value merchandise or
mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and
international laws.
• If you’re new to please contact me
prior to purchase or I reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
