If you want to combine multiple items into a single shipment, please do not

order to combine items into a single order, all items that are to be shipped together must be paid for in a single
payment - if they are paid for separately, they will be shipped separately.
Please limit combined items to a 7 day time period.

We ship USPS first class insured mail or airmail.

We want
you to love your new piece of jewelry. If
you find that we have made an error in a description or on an item, we
will be happy to refund your purchase price or offer an exchange upon
the return of the item. We
are also happy to exchange sizes on silver rings if the size you chose
doesn't fit just right. Please note
that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please e-mail us to obtain return
instructions. All items must be received by us within 30 days of the
date you receive the item, and must be in their original condition
(not worn, altered, or disassembled). They must also be returned in their original
gift box, and with a copy of the packing slip.

We are always happy to hear from our customers, and always happy to assist. Our office is open Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm central time; you may contact us by using the e-mail using eBay's "Ask Seller A Question" link. We do reply to every e-mail that is sent - usually within 48 hours (please note our office is not open on the weekend, so if you email then, you will not receive a response until the beginning of the week). If you have not heard from us, most likely either we did not receive your e-mail, or your spam filters are blocking our reply. Please be sure to check your bulk mail folder and set your spam filters to allow e-mails from us.
