We offer 15 days warranty for all tested items. In order to return a product, customer must contact us within 15 days from the date of receiving the item. If it is over the 15 days period, RMA request will be denied. No exceptions will be made.

Bidder must contact us by email before returning the defective item. RMA number will be issued via email. Returned item without an authorized RMA number displayed outside of the package will be automatically refused at your own risk.
