Shipping

• Take the single highest shipping charge from all the items you have bought and that is your shipping. i.e. If you buy 50 items and the highest charge is $ 8.95 on any item, that is your total shipping charge. This will save you money and simplify the checkout process. Buy what you want for one single low-priced shipping charge. All of our shipping fees include insurance, tracking, handling and packing. Please read below for international shipping policies, this policy does not apply to international. We will ship either UPS or USPS, our choice.
• If you have a preference of shipping, please specify in the notes and we will try to accomodate or we will contact you.
• When email addresses are provided, customers can expect email notification and tracking numbers. All shipments are insured based on approximate value of the contents.
• If you do not hear from us for any reason, please contact us, so that you receive the service you expect. We will inform you of any back orders. We try our best to have a perfect inventory and ship promptly, but sometimes mistakes happen. If delivery time is an issue for you please contact us through the E-Bay Contact Seller Form. If a package is refused or undeliverable, UPS charges us a fee. If it is your mistake, we will ask for reimbursement for the extra shipping. Please double check your address to be sure that it is correct

International Shipping Policy

• Our program estimates all international shipping by destination, weight and size of package.
• Sometimes combined international orders on eBay can calculate shipping incorrectly. If you have concerns, please contact us and we will double check the shipping and correct if neccesary.
• Shipping quotes always include insurance and a small handling charge.
• The listing will have a disclaimer if we do not ship that item internationally. If you have a question about shipping an item to your country, please email.
• We carry a huge variety of merchandise in weight and size and the USPS has different size and weight regulations for different countries. Please realize that international shipping is expensive and consider your purchase carefully because all international shipping fees are non-refundable.
• The time table for international shipping is not always reliable, please do not blame us if it takes longer than expected to arrive. Please check with your post office and customs to see if it has arrived. Many times a lost package is at the post office.
• Each country has different fees and policies. You are responsible for all customs fees when your package arrives. We also can not list your package as a gift or sample on the customs form for legal reasons. We ship internationally twice weekly

We accept and prefer PayPal. Sales Tax is applicable in the following states: Alabama.

General Shipping Policies

Returns

Here at Online Science Mall, we want you to love what you've ordered. However, we do understand that every once and a while things just don't quite work out for one reason or another and you'd like to return it for a refund or exchange. The following will outline our policy on returns, refunds or exchanges. If there are any questions about our policies, please contact us through the Contact Us link.

When returning an item for either a refund or an exchange, please be sure to include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. Doing this will allow us to expidite the processing of the returned merchandise. If a packing slip or invoice is not included, an additional 3-4 days may ensue as we try to track down your purchase in our order management system.

Please note that there are some exceptions to the refund policy: Pre-poured agar, due to its perishable nature, is non-refundable. Special orders, due to the time we put into tailoring something to your specific needs, are non-refundable. Any item that is purchased for the sole purpose of being used in a photo shoot and then returned to us will incur a 50% restocking charge.

Returns & Refunds

*All returns must be made within 30 days, and be either unopened or in original condition and include the original packaging.
*The customer is responsible for any fees associated with returning merchandise. The only exception to this is if the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, or the part of one of our suppliers. Should this occur, we will refund the cost of shipping back to us.

*Refunds are generally processed 3-4 business days after the item has arrived at our facility. Please note that this time-frame does not include the length of time it takes UPS or USPS to deliver your item(s) to us.

*A refund of the purchase price minus a 10-30% restocking fee and the cost of shipping will be applied to any item that is returned to us for any reason other than a warehouse or manufacturing error.

**Example: An item is purchased for $20.00, shipping comes out to $5.95, for a total of $25.95. Customer A wants to return it for a refund. Applying the formula above, we can determine first the restocking fee, at 10%
1)Remove shipping costs: $25.95 - $5.95 = $20.00
2)Determine restocking fee: (Purchase price x 10%) $20.00 x 0.10 = $2.00
3)Determine the refund: (Purchase price - restocking fee) $20.00 - $2.00 = $18.00
So the total refunded to Customer A would be $18.00.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for something else, please be sure to read over the Returns & Refunds policy above. For all exchange, the customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the undesired item, as well as the cost of shipping out the new item.

If the new product has a lesser value than the original, a refund will be applied to the customer's account.
If the new product has a greater value than the original, the customer will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.

Please note that the new items will not be shipped until the original item has been returned to our facilities.

Warranties

Warranty repairs on equipment must be handled according to the warranty requirements of the different manufacturers, and may require that the items be sent to them, not Online Science Mall. The customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer, and arranging warranty repairs/services.
