SEA CRAFT - 25ft. Cabin Cruiser - 28 pages.

"Although this section describes the building of a sedan cruiser, this particular hull, with a few changes in the cabin construction, is readily adaptable to a sport fisher, express cruiser or utility boat.

Ideal for use on large lakes or rivers, and fully seaworthy for offshore ocean cruising, the "Sea Craft" is a smart cabin cruiser designed with an eye toward simple, low-cost construction for the inexperienced boat builder.

During World War II, the original boat was given severe tests for seaworthiness when it was used by the United States Coast Guard to take highranking officers from ship to shore.

The boat has an over-all length of 24 ft, 7 in., and a breadth at sheer of 7 ft. 8 in. A converted Chrysler "75" auto engine easily pushed it along at a cruising speed of 15 knots. However, any marine or converted auto engine of similar horsepower may be used.

The cabin design of Sea Craft was selected because it offers one of the best all-around accommodations. Its open cockpit is large enough for fishing, lounging or sun bathing and the roomy cabin provides comfortable living quarters on a long cruise. It is equipped with a fresh-water tank, sink, cooking stove, toilet and two bunks.

Two additional upper bunks can be fitted to sleep a total of four. In addition, there is plenty of cabinet and stowage space for gear."

"Caballero was designed for the amateur builder who desires a roomy, fast and comfortable cruiser without the attendant high building and upkeep costs usually associated with inboard craft. She is a direct development of an earlier design that has proved successful in the hands of a large number of builders. The cabin provides comfortable quarters for two. Besides the berths, it contains a galley stove, food locker, icebox, water closet, and adequate storage space."

"Flight is a speedy outboard runabout cruiser whose construction is brought within the scope of the amateur builder by the simple application of marine plywood planking. The benefits of plywood make this cruiser sturdy and useful for rugged cruising, fishing and inland commuting or as a work boat."

DOLPHIN - 16ft. Cabin Cruiser - 5 pages.

"This trailer boat, the Dolphin, is the answer to low cost travel over protected waters. The hull is light enough to be transported anywhere by trailer and the boat is of a size to be easily handled. It will accommodate two persons for extended trips or a party of four for day cruises and do it comfortably."

"Cruising comfort plus runabout speed are packed into 15ft. Sea Babe. For extended cruising along river and lake routes, winding through the many picturesque canal routes, or for short weekend hops that require frequent launching and beaching, you'll find Sea Babe easy to handle and economical to run. With the motor removed, she weighs only 450 lbs., and her 15 ft. hull handles easily on a two-wheel trailer."

SEA  HAWK - 21ft. Outboard Cabin Cruiser - 19 pages.

"If your looking for a good, big, roomy cabin cruiser for over night trips on protected waters or daytime deep sea fishing, Sea Hawk is the boat for you, and you'll save about $1000 by building it yourself. Sea Hawks forward cabin has bunk space for 2 adults and 2 children. Cots placed in the open cockpit will provide sleeping accommodations for another 3 adults. The two compartments just aft of the seats and under the cockpit cabin (Fig. 2), house the galley stove and equipment. Steering wheel and outboard motor controls are located at the skipper's seat on the left or port side of the cockpit cabin."

DEEP-VEE   SEA ANGLER - 20ft. Cabin Cruiser - 6 pages.

"This 20 footer offers a variety of power options - 150 horses are suggested for a cruising speed of 32 mph. Construction is of plywood panels over hardwood frames, which makes the job simple for anyone familiar with the use of common hand tools."

"Here are plans for a pint-size V-bottom express cruiser that will really get up and go. Under the impetus furnished by a 33-hp. outboard, she'll do 23 m.p.h. with two people aboard. And she'll cruise along economically with this power at 19 m.p.h."

Sportsman - 18ft. Cabin Cruiser - 6 pages.

from the plans:

"Sportsman" is a unique cruisette having a combination of runabout and cruiser features, but is well adapted for day cruising or short trips almost anywhere. Its closest approach in a similar craft ashore is the house trailer, but unlike this mode of travel "Sportsman" is a self-contained, sea-worthy, open water craft for weekend cruises or short overnight fishing trips that will accommodate a pal or the "missus". It may be transported by trailer wherever desirable.
