Standard Shipping:We usually use EMS to ship the item and it takes about 7-12 business days for delivery. All products will generally be shipped out within 2 working days after we receive the payment and your contact phone number.
Please note: We will ship to your PayPal delivery address, so please remember to check the delivery address when paying with PayPal.
Shipping delay & Tracking number:
1. A Tracking number will be emailed to you once we have shipped your order. Please note that delays due to bad weather or custom inspections may still occur.?
2. We endeavour to deliver your products as soon as possible. Should you receive the wrong product due to shipping or packing error, please contact us for exchange or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible in the event your product is damaged or defective.
3. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please provide us your full address AND telephone number and make sure your shipping address is correct and deliveries can be made to this address. If you need to change your address, please change it in PayPal first before you pay.
Taxes, Customs & Duties:
We do not add taxes, VAT or other hidden charges.
What you see on the invoice is what you pay, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost (not include duties).
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before purchasing the item. You may need to pay for the import duties in some cases.
*Please make the payment within 7 days after winning the auction. Order not paid in 7 consecutive days will be cancelled automatically without notice.
*Color Difference:The color may be a little different due to different displayers. Size Issue: Size issue is common in internet transaction, because you can't try it on before bid.
