How much for shipping?
Most of our items have FREE SHIPPING in the USA.
Almost all of my auctions have FREE SHIPPING.. if this auction doesn't, SHIPPING IS LISTED BELOW under SHIPPING & PAYMENT Descriptions. This should be exact shipping from my zip to yours. If you are "signed in", eBay will calculate the shipping base on our zip codes and the weight and size of the package. If a shipping price does not show up or it seems high, please e-mail me and I will figure it by hand.
Because of some issues I have had with USPS, and their unwillingness to scan my boxes, I am experimenting with UPS shipping times, rates and customer service. Most items over 2lbs will be shipped UPS, and there will be no extra charge to you. (this applies to USA Customers ONLY)
If you live outside the United States:
I am no longer shipping internationally. If for some reason you bid and your win this item, you will be responsible for all shipping, customs and duty fees. IF you live in Canada, and select UPS Standard shipping you will be charged duty & a brokerage fee. I do not make money on DUTY or Brokerage fees.
How are the items packed?
We have been packaging items to sell for 11 years. Bedding, Rugs and Domestics are packaged in poly-vinyl. All glass and pottery type items are packed in NEW bubble wrap, then padded in the box with newspaper. Because of the environment, and mess it creates we do not use peanuts. With 11 years of boxing up breakable items, and averaging only 1 break a year we feel we have a great track record.
**We do not write FRAGILE on the boxes. If you want FRAGILE written on your box, please note it in an email to me AND in you PAYPAL payment.**
Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your item. Please contact us at via eBay's Messaging system for your return authorization. Return Authorization need to be made within 3 days. The item must be returned for a full refund. We will not accept returns on items that have been opened, altered or damaged.
Feedback
We leave feedback for every transaction. Feedback is a great way to let us know how we are doing, but it is NOT how to communicate with us. It is also our reputation and yours. We request that before you leave us a feedback that can not be undone that you make every effort to allow us to correct the rare problem that might occur. If you are unhappy with your transaction it is because we are not aware of it. We will all make mistakes, but what one does about correcting the mistake determines what a persons character is.
