Returns
Please contact us with the reason you would like to return the item. We will provide our returns address and a unique reference number. Please be as verbose as possible when describing any problems with the item. If the item is not as described then you will not be responsible for the return postage costs. Also, you will be entitled to a replacement item (if available) or a full refund. If you have a preference, please state it in your initial message.

Unfortunately the information that you see on our listings is all we can provide. We try and provide as much product information as possible on our listings. However, in some cases we cant provide more detailed information.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery is 5-7 working days from when your order was confirmed. To allow time for postal delays which are out of our control, we would be grateful if you would contact us if your order fails to arrive within 10 days.
My item is not as described, can I return it?
All of our items are fully guaranteed, and can be returned at no extra cost. We offer a freepost return address to our UK customers. In the unlikely event of your item not being as described, please contact us to arrange a return. We always aim to get these issues resolved before feedback is received from the buyer, so the contact seller function is always the best way to report a problem.
How much is postage?
Postage is free to addresses in the UK. We also deliver to addresses worldwide with a cost of 1.50 added to the item price. When you select your country, this cost will be seen in the total amount.
Do you accept any other methods of payment?
The only payment method we accept is PayPal (Immediate payment). Unfortunately we cant accept any other method of payment for any of our listings.
