Delivery

We pride ourselves on a fast and efficient service and dispatch most items within 1 business day, the rest within 2 business days. If you opt to pay by cheque we will dispatch your item once our bank confirms the payment has cleared. We are often able to post an item to you the same if orders are paid for by 2.30pm.

Multiple orders: if you buy more than one item we only charge 50pence on the postage and packaging for extra items. (UK delivery only)

If you are purchasing from outside the UK and please check the postage and packaging tab for prices to different areas. Also, please email if you are purchasing multiple items as I may be able to offer you a discount on international postage. Packages normally take between 4-10 days depending on location.

Returns

We want you to feel confident about what you are buying from us and our aim is to describe and show pictures of the jewellery that are as accurate as possible. We know though that very occasionally things can look just a little bit different in real life to how they do on a screen and if that should ever happen we would want to put it right.

All you'd need to do is contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the item in its original packaging. As long as it is unused and in original condition we will offer you a full refund of the price you paid for the item. (The one usual exception is earrings, which we are unable to accept back for health and safety reasons)
