The cartridge mechanically filters aquarium water through a pad of double thick polyfiber. Debris and waste particles are trapped and more pollutants removed by chemical filtration through Marineland's Black Diamond® premium activated carbon. Inside the cartridge, a patented ribbed backing ensures the even distribution of activated carbon to deliver maximum water-to-carbon contact. |

Club Reef Aquarium will provide a refund* or an exchange credit** for the return of a New, Sealed, Unopened and Unused item for any reason within 14 days of receipt with a completed Return Goods Authorization form.
*Refunds will be subject to an eBay 15% restocking fee and will exclude the original Shipping & Handling amount paid.
**Exchange credit will not be subject to a restocking fee if the new item is of equal or greater value. Exchange credit will exclude the original S&H paid. Outbound S&H charges for the new item will apply.
Buyer pays all associated S&H fees.
Replacement, exchange credit or a refund will be refused if item(s) is returned without an RGA form, is broken or lost in transit or does not include ALL packaging and contents.

I. NEW & SEALED/UNOPENED & UNUSED
A. "I Received the wrong item"
Please contact us and we will ship the correct item with a prepaid return label.
B. "I no longer want or need the item"
Return new, unopened, unused item in condition received with ALL original packaging and contents for exchange or refund.
C. "My item was damaged in shipment"
Please contact us within 24hrs of receipt of damaged package. Save ALL packaging and contents. Do not use the product. Damaged packages are subject to inspection by the shipper and recovery or return. Digital photographs may be requested.
II. USED/OPENED
A. "My item is DOA or defective"
Please contact us within 48hrs of receipt for troubleshooting assistance. We will replace the affected part or same item once returned. Digital photographs may be requested.
B. "My item has failed after use"
All items are warranteed soley by their manufacturers. Please contact us for trouble shooting tips if your item appears to have failed subject to the manufacturer's warranty. To be eligible for warranty replacement an item may not have been altered from its original condition nor used in manner other than intended or as instructed by the manufacturer. Some items will only be replaced under warranty when the end consumer returns it directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their return policies.
