We only use FEDEX or USPS Priority Mail for most of our free shipping transactions.
The fastest method (Next Day Service) is using USPS Express that will be One to Two business days. Most of the times are just one day after we ship your package.
TIRES are only shipped using FedEx Ground to the 48 continental states.
With FEDEX our customers will be able to track their packages at http://www.fedex.com/us/pckgenvlp/track/index.html with a tracking number that we will provide in an email as soon as we ship your package.

The options at the checkout for domestic packages will say USPS or UPS but your order will be shipped trough USPS or FEDEX instead to UPS.

All international packages will be shipped with USPS Express International Mail. They will give you an confirmation number, and most of the times you will be able to track the package, please go to http://ircalc.usps.gov/ to see the transit time to your country, but have in mind an extra delay because your country customs.
Custom taxes are not included in this sales, it will be buyer responsibility.
We do not use other service different than USPS Express International, please do not ask for other service

Payment
We strongly recommend PayPal as the method of payment.
We also accept credit card payments only for US domestic customers. You will be able to pay with your credit card at the moment of your checkout.
Our company only accepts credit and debit cards with the VISA, Master Card or Discovery logos. If choose this method of payment, we only will ship your item to the billing address of your credit card.
If we do not get an exact match between your billing address and your card authorization, we will not accept the payment.
Sorry we do not take American Express.
As soon as we receive your payment we will start to process your order. We will have it shipped in 2 or 3 business days after your payment is cleared.

Warranty
AutoParts4America warrants their parts for a period of 12 months (ONE YEAR) from the purchase date. We will replace any part shown to be defective in workmanship during this period. A copy of proof of purchase must accompany returned product.
AutoParts4America's liability shall be limited to the replacement of the product deemed to be defective. Any part which has been altered in any way, improperly installed or not used for its' intended purpose, will not be warranted. We do not cover labor charges of any kind.
Before returning the part, please call to get instructions. All shipping returns must be pre-paid. After the part inspection, if we verify that the part is really defective we will ship a replacement part free of charge for you.
