Return Policy

Standard Items: The Collezioni will gladly accept returns and exchanges with the original invoice and tags attached for up to 5 days for store credit only. After we receive the item, it will take up to 15 days to process your return. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment or by Check.

All returns must be postmarked within (5) business days from date item shows as being delivered.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unstained or scented. We will NOT accept returns if the items are damaged, has stains or odors (perfume, smoke, deodorant, etc.).

Lingerie and Accessories: No returns or exchanges will be accepted due to hygenic reasons. Jewelry, lingerie, swimwear and clearance merchandise sales are FINAL and will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.

Sale Merchandise: No returns will be accepted on sale items. Exchanges will be accepted up to 5 business days. No cash refunds will be given, only store credit (does not include shipping charges).

Special Occasion Items: Items marked "Special Occasion" are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will only accept exchanges for the same item in a different size.

Additional Return Policy: All shipping fees are at buyers expense. All returns must be issued a RMA # or they will not be accepted by The Collezioni. RMA # must be clearly printed on the outside of the box. The Collezioni is not responsible for any returns made without a RMA #.

Shortage and damage claims: must be made within 3 working days from the receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packaging materials for carrier inspection. The Collezioni can not initiate any claims with the carrier. Please contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
