- IMPORTANT: IF THE AUTOMATIC INVOICE YOU RECEIVE AT CHECKOUT DOES NOT HAVE A SHIPPING AMOUNT, PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT PRIOR TO RECEIVING AN INVOICE FROM US THAT INCLUDES SHIPPING. We have had some trouble with the shipping calculator not working, requiring us to inconvenience our customers by sending a separate payment request for shipping fees. We will send through an invoice, including shipping fees, as soon as possible.
- Please allow sufficient time for "Best Offers" and "Questions" to be responded to. We are unable to guarantee responses within 12 hours of the end of the auction.
- Picture may not 100% accurately depict the item listed. Sometimes photos are sourced on the internet and are used for display purposes only. If you require pictures of the actual item, please contact us BEFORE bidding.
- Shipping Calculator: Ebay shipping calculator does not work on all auctions. If you require a shipping quote, and the calculator is not working, please contact us BEFORE bidding.
- Approximate Shipping Service Times: Our standard ship method is Canada Post Expedited Parcel for shipments to Canada and the United States. For Canadian Customers, Expedited Parcel Service service time varies between approximately 1 and 7 business days. For US Customers, Xpresspost service takes a couple of days, Expedited Parcel Service time varies between 5 to 10 business days, and Parcel Surface takes 10 to 20 days. For International Customers, we apologize for any inconvenience but we ONLY ship via Xpresspost International (typical transit time is 4 to 7 business days). Our apologies in advance, but we will not ship via any other shipping method - it takes too long, and we have encountered too many issues with packages going missing and taking too long to arrive.
- Customs & Duties: These fees, if applicable, are NOT included in our auction or shipping fees, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please notify us at the time you remit payment if the item is a gift so that we can mark it appropriately on the shipping documents.
- Shipping & Handling Time: We ship all orders within 3 business days from when your payment has been received and cleared. We will mark the item as shipped as soon as it has been taken into the hands of Canada Post. Tracking number, if applicable, will be emailed to you.
- Packaging: Your item will ship directly in its original packaging if this is sufficient to protect the item (if not, it will be repackaged into a bubble envelope or another box). Note that the shipping carton / retail box may receive scuffs or other minor damages in shipping. If you require that the retail package be kept in excellent condition, please notify us of this in advance, so that we can be sure to overpack the item. Additional handling fees may apply for some items, these costs, if applicable, will be communicated to you prior to payment being expected.
- OEM Policy: In accordance with Ebay policies regarding OEM software/products, the software must ship with a qualifying piece of computer hardware. All OEM software/products listed includes a piece of qualifying hardware at no extra cost to the customer. Note that the hardware may not be in operating condition, and is included "as-is" with no warranty.
- Warranty: Unless listed as an "As-Is" item, your item is guaranteed against being DOA or having any major defect (we also guarantee that the item will be exactly as listed/described in the auction + any emails/messages sent from us). Customer must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item. Beyond that time, manufacturers warranty MAY apply - contact the manufacturer to inquire about warranty repair and to determine if an item is covered.
- IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE: Please contact ValueMax/Score-A-Deal ASAP after receiving your item, prior to leaving feedback. We take our reputation very seriously (check our feedback rating!) and are committed to working with you, our customer, towards ultimate satisfaction, even if that means providing return authorization for credit (original shipping fee is not refunded on a customer satisfaction issue, nor is return shipping covered). If it's not right, send us an email, we will work with you to make sure that even an unpleasant experience ends positively!
