Instructions to build this Breath-taking Victorian Gothic Lego Custom House! This House is a true work of art, and an absolutely wonderful buy! The beautifully designed cladding and furniture in this listing will make you want this alone, and then you can decorate your other Modular building interiors with these designs! These are not official LEGO® designs. This is our own artwork designed instructions. This listing is only for the instructions! There are no lego pieces included in this listing.This listing is only for the building instructions in high definition 3 dimensional images to build this model using Lego pieces. The instructions will show you how to build this model using LEGO® pieces. The instructions will be sent to you. You can build the models in any colours you wish. The instructions will also come with a section showing you all the pieces you require, their colour, their individual names and part numbers. Basically, the house easily comes apart in 3 sections, the base, the middle and the roof. It is with absolute pleasure, that we present to you, our latest listing: An architectural beauty. The entire house is constructed so beautifully, that is has lego cladding (tiles), that ACTUALLY ANGLE downwards, just like a REAL HOUSE would. It was extremely difficult and took many many months to come up with the design for this feature to fit perfectly all throughout the walls of the house. The side panels of the house are a standout gray, but you can obviously change any colour scheme you want, for your own preference. The roof of the deck is fabulous and gives it that old fashioned wondrous feel that you get when you view these old houses. Across all the roof, both lower and upper roofs, it has an intricate drainage system setup to flow off the water so your minifigs don't get wet. You can also see an added drain pipe attached to the back of the house. The entire house is built purposely to maximize light, with lots and lots of lego glass, to allow you to also see inside this magnificent house. The chimney and roof, and the overall architecture will blow you away, so you'd swear you are looking straight at a house from the early era, tastefully renovated with all of today's modern 'must haves'. You can design the cladding of the house using any colour scheme you wish, we have shown just a few options in the pictures. You will love the old feel that this porch / front deck gives off, with the wooden floor boards, and the 2 rocking chairs on the front for lego people who just like to sit and watch their world go by. The flower garden attached to the front of the deck is an extra added touch. There is a hollow underside of the porch, just like in a real victorian house, for air flow, and you can see inside it, its quite adorable. The porch has 2 stairs for your convenience. We spent quite a while on the deck, so make sure you notice the victorian lattice effect hanging from the lower roof, and the pillars coming up from the decked fence area. There are 2 doors for the base of the house, one to the right and one on the deck. Both have the luxury of fly screen protection, (lego trans-black glass). The kitchen is a work of art, looking amazing life-like, just like the rest of the house, but wait till you see the kitchen. You will fall in love. There is a working fridge, water cooler, bread cutting board area, and the fridge actually is able to open and close and store food, there are drawers and benches, complete with a full decked out oven, complete with a massive exhaust fan just like real kitchens, and stove tops, with nobs that actually turn, and the oven actually opens too. There are hanging areas for your minifig utensils, and a stove, microwave, cupboard, dishes area, pantry, bookshelf, and a beautiful tilling effect for the kitchen as a feature wall. The rear entrance is decorated with a pot plant and small cupboard. The main living area with the fireplace is to dream of. It comes with a state of the art widescreen television, and sub woofer and speaker system that you will love. The windows are setup with blinds that give it that awesome touch. The couches are also very meticulously built to give that real look about them, complete with cushions. The 2 rugs, 1 in the living area and one in the kitchen, compliment the overall feel of the house, and give it that realistic effect. The 2 gorgeous coffee tables are a cute little extra for both rooms. The bookshelf is a pleasure to see, like a Victorian bookshelf would be, nice and hand carved. The flooded area of the bay windows, gives the entire house this wonderfully old and spacious feel to it. The lower bathroom is a cute little area, with toilet, an adorable little shower area, and pot plant. All the doors obviously open and close to allow your minifigs privacy from one another as well. The fan in the main living area is setup above, and you can see the chandelier above the dining table. The old style stair case was built to match the feel of the house, and takes your minifigs up to the middle floor. But make sure you catch a glimpse of the big dining table, with its rustic charm, and ... don't forget the other wrap around couch, and GRAND PIANO. You will love this, the piano opens and closes just like a real one, and its simply identical in scale to one as well. We obviously spared no expense in designing this, as you can see. Middle Floor Alas, here we have the middle floor, complete with all the things you would expect to see for everyday living. The main area, has a wrap around couch, with television, and a carpet underneath is, with a nice little simple coffee table. The linen cupboard is situated near the bathroom door, next the stairwell entrance. The bookcase is setup nicely on the back wall, and if you peer to the end, you'll see the most adorable laundry area, with a gorgeous washing machine, dryer, cupboard, and detergent and washing up area. Then we come to the main bathroom, a very standout and stylish design. It comes with a very luxurious bath, and built in shower. It closes off with style using a clear door to stop the water spilling out. The toilet is included, together with a vanity area and wash area. Like all areas of the house, it comes with windows for easy access to see inside and out of this house. The main bedroom is stunning, with its huge King Bed designed in perfect Victorian style, and 2 clothes rack areas, which are so cute, you will love these. This is perfect for a his/her bedroom, and comes with cupboards and vanity cabinets and a night table with lamp. The bedroom opens up to a beautiful overlooking balcony so your owners can take in the lovely view, with the opening and working balcony. The 2nd bedroom is designed for the student, or 2 children in mind. It comes with a beautifully old hand carved study table, and laptop, and desk lamp, and also with another desk and lamp for the 2nd child. It comes with surf boards, and different cupboards for their clothing, and of course a good bookcase again for their learning needs. An education is the most important thing you can give to your children.... that and an imagination. The glorious double bunk bed has been designed again, in perfect rustic Victorian hand carved modelling. The majestic curtains in the main bedroom and the main living area are a pleasure to see, and both open up to their respective balconies, so your lego figures can venture out on both areas. We also included another chandelier for this middle area, and a fan for the main bedroom. Roof The hardest part to design. My gosh this was hard. When you build this, spare a thought for how many hours went into this design, then times that by 50, and you'll get close to how much time was spent. The roof is quite literally the most important part of the feel of the look of these times, and although we built this with bay windows and a beautiful look with it, we preferred to have it closed off, so it isn't a play area, rather just to look at. The interior of the roof is hollow, so you can furnish it if you want. The glorious menacing gargoyles look down on your house and ward off witches, and demons, while the crosses ward off vampires, and possible invasions of zombies. The chimney is another stand out area that we really wanted to build with an actual rock look to it, rather than just a flush chimney, because after all, all the chimneys built back then, looked like this, even though this was such a time consuming hassle to design, it was definitely worth it. The steeples of the roof are gorgeous, and if you look closely, you'll see the Victorian lattice work again, and the angled curves of the ends of the roof, just like a real house, which was SO SO hard to design. Garden The garden is the finishing touch to an otherwise flawless model, and you'll love the weeping green willow we designed for you out the front, together with the wattle tree, and massive palm tree at the rear. There is also a clothes line, with clothes on it, which is very cute, and of course, a custom designed garden. There is a large BBQ area, for your hungry minifigs to cook, and we obviously HAD to include an arched flower decorated fence entrance, just like many houses have. The bus and bus stop is a little extra touch we added, together with a few trees, and a boutique street lamp. The entire house is wrapped in a picketed horizontal style fence, and can perfectly attach to your other lego modular sets, with the familiar technic piece designed into this creation.
