My Policies:
Buyer agrees to pay $4.00 for USPS media mail shipping within the United States only. US Media mail can take 7 to 14 business days for delivery. I ship within 2 BUSINESS days of receiving cleared payment. I only ship by USPS, media rate.
Paypal payment is expected within 3 days of auction's end.
I NO LONGER SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. Will only ship to any US zip code.
SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS: The amount charged for shipping based on ACTUAL USPS postal rates, shipping material purchased, and the additional 7.5- 13% that EBAY deducts in the form of a fee for all shipping costs that I collect. Rarely does this cost covers what is termed "handling fees". Contrary to Ebay's advice to roll their extra fees back into the listing price, I try to absorb some of the total amount charged to lessen the cost to the buyer. I am just unable to do all of it.
FEEDBACK POLICY: I leave feedback the same day I ship. I would appreciate that you contact me if you are unhappy with your purchase. I do strive to make amends if I failed in any way. If you plan to leave me a negative, PLEASE base it on my error, not something out of my control, such as slow USPS delivery or high postal rates.
REFUND POLICY: All sales are final, no returns accepted. If the item is significantly not as described, major flaw in condition was omitted in listing, please contact me. I do my best to make amends if I am in error.
COMMUNICATION: I will email you once the auction ends (unless you send paypal payment first), when I received payment and once the book is shipped. If you do receive those last two, please let me know. I want to keep you updated.
SHIPPING: I do combine shipping cost on multiple auctions. Please bring it to my attention if I fail to notice this. I ship out items within 48 hours if not 24. When you rate me on shipping time, please look at when you paid, (don't ship on the weekends) and when item was shipped (info on your invoice). If USPS is slow, please don't penalize me when you make your feedback evaluation. Thank you!
