Manufacturers commonly give a "name" to glass beads based upon familiar colors and/or pattern characteristics of gemstones and crystals. The "name" is not meant to imply the beads contain, or are made of these materials. Genuine gemstones and crystals will always be clearly noted in description. | |
| COLOR INTEGRITY |
We are proud to offer a line of glass beads in which 95% of them are pure "colored glass". Manufacturers achieve certain colors and/or effects by "coating" a clear glass bead. We do carry about 2% of these "coated" beads. However, all are top quality. |
| DARKER COLORS |
A "Garnet color" bead has an inherent characteristic of turning almost black when stored without air or light. After shipping, exposure in a "regular" household environment will return them to their true color. This characteristic might apply to other dark colors but consistent in the deep reds. |
| COLOR CHANGING |
There are two beautiful color changing beads in a variety of shapes, styles and sizes. The Swarovski® "Cantaloupe" and the Czech "Alexandrite" beads. Their color will change according to their light source. (sunlight, incandescent, fluorescent, etc.) due to a mineral that is added to the glass/crystal. Standard delivery times average 2-4 days depending on your location
Standard US Postal Service 1st Class Mail: Weight cannot exceed 13 ounces. Packages which exceed the First Class weight limit will be shipped according to the fastest delivery time possible according to the package weight and location. Possible services might include options such as; USPS Priority or Parcel Post, UPS and FedEx Ground. A faster or different shipping service is always available to you upon request, (this is an additional cost). All packing material, tape, boxes, bags, labels, envelopes and delivery confirmation, do not add any additional cost.
INSURANCE: STRONGLY ADVISED IN THE EVENT OF A LOST, DAMAGED OR THEFT OF YOUR PACKAGE. We have no control over your package once it leaves our hands and should not be held responsible when you do not insure it. When you request a combined invoice, please state if you would like to add insurance to your package. Additional costs run from $2-$7 depending on the value of merchandise (up to $500) being shipped. |

Combine Payment for Multiple Purchases within a 7 day time period
PayPal payments are the quickest and most versatile way to complete a transaction. You can pay via "eCheck", Credit or Debit cards and do not need to register to send a payment.
There are fees charged to the seller for each payment received. Making multiple payments force a seller to increase the price of merchandise to recoup these unnecessary additional fees . This is why we encourage our customers to request a combined invoice and MAKE ONLY ONE PAYMENT for all items purchased.
Please communicate via email any questions you may have before making a purchase and/or paying. Payment is expected within 7 days of your FIRST purchase or Auction win. An accurate invoice with possible seller discounts may only be adjusted by requesting an invoice directly from us. If payment is not received by the 10th day a reminder will be sent to request payment. Any special circumstances resulting in non-payment can be worked through, but timely communication is essential to achieve a favorable outcome. After 16 days with no response, eBay will automatically initiate an "Unpaid Item(s)" claim on the seller's behalf. Your account can receive a strike for non-payment. Many sellers will not sell to customers with a strike(s). |

Purchase with Confidence...Make your selections and let us do the rest! After the first purchase you will have 7 days to complete your shopping and make payment. This keeps our desk clear and your package on it's way! An invoice will be sent at that time. Ebay's new shopping cart feature does not subtract an item from the available quantity until you commit to your puirchase. Waiting too long to commit to purchases can produce an "out of stock" notice at check out. If this does occur, please know that it's possible to reorder and have it within a week on the majority of our merchandise. Using the Pay Now buttom for each item will void eligibilty for possible discounts. We encourage the request of an invoice to combine mutiple items.
Request a combined invoice and make only one payment for all purchases
Sellers are charged a percentage of the payment amount AND a flat fee for EACH PAYMENT. Paying for items individually is discouraged due to these costs. We can keep costs low and pass the savings on to you.
Once payment is received we ship Monday through Friday - No Holidays or Weekends. We take great care in packaging every order. All our merchandise is new and unused unless otherwise stated in each listing.
Returns and Refund Policy...We are happy to accept returns for any item(s) that do not please you. There are no exchanges or credits given...we don't believe in forcing you to buy again through these types of substitution. If the customer determines they do not want the item(s) for whatever reason, it's the customer who must pay for the return shipping costs. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. We have two different people check each order, plus a photo is taken and the package weight to assure your order is correct. In the unlikely event of an error on our part we do cover ALL costs involved to correct it. You must follow the same 7 day guideline for "MISSING ITEM(s)" as with "RETURNS". Check your order as soon as it arrives, if you discover any incorrect or missing item(s) you must report it to us right away. Contacting us after the 7th day of delivery, is not acceptable and renders any claims invalid. We ask that you send all merchandise back in original condition and must include your ebay ID name for proper credit. Upon receiving returned items we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) and send you a cancelled transaction form, (which you will need to fill out and submit to eBay or that item(s) will show in your record as unpaid). Lack of any or all unfulfilled requirements will delay refund and/or proper credit. Return form is not required. Packing Slips have been eliminated in an effort to save paper, "go green"! You may request a packing slip, but it will not be sent automatically, so email us or place a note in the PayPal comments box when you make your payment. Lastly, DO NOT accept or open a visually tampered with and/or damaged package, (torn, previously opened in which the seal is broken).
