SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY:
we ship almost all items by usps. that is the U.S.A. government postal delivery service. we ship next business day without exception. if not, we will let you know we did not. we use no tracking due to the cost. this saves you the customer. in most cases the reason you purchased from us was because of our low price. this is one reason we are cheaper. having a tracking number does not get the package to you any faster. to us it is just something more for you to worry about, our postal service is not the best, but they are the cheapest by far for most of our items. expedited shipping means we get that package out to you asap. after that it is in the hands of your government. delivery time as per usps and ebay is 2 to 10 days. that does not include weekends or holidays. please be patient and wait thru that period of time before contacting us. our town is not a mail distribution center and has to go through new orleans la. to be shippped to your distribution center and then to you. you may have a package delivered to you sooner from a further distance. there is no rhyme or reason to the way the post office works. please also understand that the post office does loose items and sometimes the address gets torn or worn off going through the machines. you are welcome to go to your local post office and ask them to go through the dead letter area. if we ask you to do that it is because we know we have sent this item and we will let you know what type of package to look for. if all else fails we will send you another item or give you your money back. if for any reason you do not like the item or disagree with the description you have agreed ahead of time you will pay return postage. under no circumstances will we pay to ship back to us. please remember that we will keep our prices at the very lowest and we need your help by giving us 5 star feedback and we will automatically do the same for you.
