Canadian buyers must pre-pay sales tax and any custom fees. We work with Carson International (866-538-4966 ext. 3463 ask for Noemi) and we will obtain your cost for you however you are welcome to obtain your own broker. All custom fees are paid directly to the broker and they will send the carrier the clearance to cross the border and finalize the delivery.

If part of your order is on back order for more than 15 days we will give you the option of a full refund.

Your shipment is insured by the carrier and for this reason it is important that you inspect your order for any damages before you release the driver. Make your notes on the invoice before he leaves and accept delivery of your order and contact us immediately if you notice damage to your order upon arrival. We also encourage you to take photos of the damaged boxes as well as any damage to the order. We will initiate your claim with the carrier. We will not be liable for any damage in shipping if the appropriate steps are not followed.

Furniture Liquidators will repair or replace at its option the pieces or parts that fail during normal usage, due to structural defects occurring at the manufacturing stage within the warranty limits. Products discontinued or unavailable will be replaced by similar available items. Limited Warranty is for one year against factory defects.

Return Policy: If you are not happy with your order, we will refund you the total product cost minus the total shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. This policy applies as long as the items are returned within 14 days from original shipping date. The product should also be in ‘new’ resell-able condition. Prior authorization required.
