This is a new Water Rocket / Soda Pop Bottle Rocket Launcher. Designed to launch homemade water rockets made from any soda pop bottle from 20 oz. up to 2 liter size. (The neck size of the bottle is what matters). (Water bottles will not hold up to the pressures)
There are many launchers that will launch pop bottle rockets but none are as accurate, dependable and long lasting as this launcher.

This launcher also is designed to launch air powered race cars. Use two launchers side by side to race cars or use one launcher to perform time or distance races. Just mount the launcher body down further on the frame and adjust to the height of the participants car(s).

This launcher can be used as assembled or can be attached to any board using wood screws. Set the water rocket launcher, or the board it's attached to, on the ground and aim the rocket cannon to the desired angle.

See instructions below for how to build Soda Pop Bottle Rockets.

Fill the bottle with water to just above the half way point and it will add distance to the flight and cool you off on a hot summer day!!
Just use a bike pump or an air compressor to pressure up the bottle, then pull the trigger lever and watch it fly hundreds of feet.
Excellent for family reunions, Scouting events, work parties, picnics, etc...
Most bottle's are not rated above 100psi so take care not to over inflate.
Water Rocket Launcher comes mostly assembled. Buyer must assemble 3 main parts together out of the box. Will need one 3/16" and one 9/64" Allen wrench.
Buyer assumes all liability of damage to property or injury or loss of life caused by launcher or any of it's features.

Made of 6061 T6 Aluminum
Fittings are threaded 1/4" NPT
Launcher Dimensions:
Body/barrel   1.5"x1.5"x 7.5"L / .825" dia.
Base           3"x5"x.375"
Upright       2"x5.5"x.375"

Features include:
  • Fully operational launcher body and base.
  • Shrader style valve for pressurizing bottle.
  • 180 degree adjustable angle with 22.5 degree incremental marks.
  • Oring seal.
  • Extra threaded hole if you'd like to add a standard pressure gauge or pressure relief valve. (Gauge & valve not included)
  • End of the barrel is threaded for adding custom launching attachments ie.. for launching plastic straws (not included).
Newly added features on this batch:
  •  A pointer for the incremental angle marks.
  • 10 feet of string for pulling the trigger from a distance.

How to build the rockets:
  • Take any soda pop bottle and rinse out any soda pop residue.
  • Cut fins out of any material you'd like (ie. cardboard, card stock, plastic sheet...)
  • Tape or glue fins to the sides of the bottle nearest the neck/opening.
  • Cut the cone shaped top off a different but similar sized soda pop bottle.
  • Tape or glue that cone onto the bottom of the soda pop bottle. This will be the top of the rocket.
  • Paint and decorate your rocket how ever you'd like or launch it as it is....
How to launch rockets:
  • Fill the bottle just over half way with water. (Water level can be adjusted to optimize flight time).
  • Slide the neck of the bottle over the cannon and push it down over the rubber o-ring.
  • The trigger must be in the unlocked position (to the side) while sliding the rocket into place.
  • Then move the trigger so that it locks the bottle into place holding onto the flange on the neck of the bottle.
  • Pressure up the rocket by placing a bike pump or air compressor fitting onto the shrader valve on the side of the launcher.
  • Pressure up the rocket to around 100 psi.
  • Stand back and pull the trigger using string (supplied) or pull the trigger manually (you might get a little wet).
Buyer assumes all safety liabilities and shipping insurance costs/responsibilities. This item will not have shipping insurance unless buyer specifically requests insurance and covers the cost. Seller will commit to packaging launcher durable enough to handle normal shipping hazards.
