After winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have two check-out options:


Check-Out Now! To immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for an email confirmation from eBay. Select Checkout only after winning an auction item or completing a 'Buy It Now' purchase. You may still receive a Winning Buyer Notification email from eBay but please just disregard this if you have already paid.


Check-Out Later If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. You can pay via paypal or you can pay via paypal American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover by calling 800-796-9394 Mon-Fri 8-5 EST.


Our secure checkout will give you the choice to pay via Papal. Payment is expected within 5 days of auction closing.

Shipping

Shipping Information


Payments are processed in the order in which they are received in our shipping department - most often the day payment clears. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all holidays. Occasionally, your shipment will go out the day after your payment is received, but will always be processed within 2 business days.


We ship items by UPS Regular Ground on the day your payment clears. Delivery can take up to 2 business days in the Southeastern US and up to 6 business days to West Coast locations (not including Saturdays and Sundays).


A physical address is needed for UPS delivery. Please do not provide a P.O. box in your delivery address, our customer service personnel will have to contact you for a physical address. This may cause a delay in delivery of your package.


We have added two additional shipping options for your convenience. They are UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air. Please contact us for a rate quote for these options. To get your item shipped the same day and use any of these options we must have payment received by 3:00 PM EST.


On the rare occasion we are out of stock an item we may have your item shipped directly from one of our suppliers. If this is the case we will mail a copy of you receipt from our office which will usually arrive a day or 2 after your item has arrived.



Combined Shipping Offer:
Upon winning MORE THAN ONE auction, you will receive a discount on the shipping cost of the second item.

Warranty and Returns Policy

We offer a full 1 Year Warranty on all of our items. Please contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number on all returns and warranties.

If item(s) are returned within thirty (30) business days of receipt, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, as long as they have never been installed and are returned in the original box. Of course, in the rare circumstance where we make a shipping mistake, we will be glad to ship you the correct item as well as create a return for the incorrect one.
