All our golf & fitness products carry a one year limited manufacturer warranty.  If you experience a problem with your item just email a picture of the problem and your order number to our warranty dept at service@golfoutletsusa.com.
Party tents, canopies & pop ups do not carry a warranty due to adverse weather conditions. 



RETURNS

ITEMS PURCHASED BETWEEN NOVEMBER 1st 2010 THRU DECEMBER 20th, 2010 MAY BE RETURNED UP UNTIL JANUARY 15th, 2011 AS LONG AS THEY ARE IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION.

You may return new and unused products only in original packaging for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt product will be inspected and credit will be issued for purchase price less the original shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please call or email service@golfoutletsusa.com to receive your RMA number before sending any products back. We do not accept used items.  Boxes sent to us without a visible RMA # on the outside will be refused.
