1.) Payment is due 3 days after the auction ends or immediately when you click "Buy It Now". We only accept Paypal as of the moment. Please be advised that ALL e-check payments made through PayPal takes 3-7 business days to clear & your purchase will be shipped after your payment has cleared.

3.) Serious bidders/buyers only. Unpaid strike will be given to buyers who does not pay up.

4.) All items shipped via UPS Ground / USPS Priority comes with a tracking number.

5.) We strive to keep our inventory current. We update it daily. However, despite due diligence we can not always keep track of our items mostly due to sudden market surges. When a purchased item is back-ordered, our valued customer will have an option to either wait for the next scheduled delivery or to request for a full refund.

6.) Please contact us before leaving negative feedback so we can resolve any problems if any.

Preferred shipping carriers are UPS and USPS. Most of our items will be shipped out from our Ohio warehouse using UPS Ground, however, some items will be shipped out from the different warehouses located in the US and may be shipped via USPS.

For buyers from Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii please contact us first to request shipping rates to your place.

International Shipments:
As with all cross-border sales, buyers may have to pay customs duties/fees. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for these duties. Please make sure you know your country's list of restricted goods before you bid or purchase an item. Insurance is highly recommended for international shipments.

Free DOG TREATS offering on some items will be converted to FREE DOG TOYS as food by-products are not allowed for cross-border/international shipments.

1. Defective items should be returned within 7 days from date of delivery and should include all the original packaging and accessories. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost for returns.

2. In the event that you need to return an item that shipped with FREE SHIPPING you will receive back the purchase price MINUS the cost of shipment.

3. For all other orders, only the purchase price will be given as a refund. Shipping charge is non-refundable.

4. Buyer has the option to ask for a refund or an item exchange for defective items.

5. We do not accept returns due to compatibility issues. Please ask for any question you might have before you bid or purchase the product.

All orders require an RMA number to be returned. To obtain your RMA number, please contact us before sending any item back.
