All items are normally shipped within 1 business day after the payment is received.

We only ship to the address registered with your PayPal account .If you want us to ship your order to different than billing address, you will have to chage your PayPal address to the address you want us to ship. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.
We wont be able to process any orders with PO.BOX Address for panels over then 40W ( 40 watt ). US Post office wont accept oversize packages to P.O Box address.
Upon shipment a tracking number will be uploaded to eBay system. Please check you item status in your eBay account.
If you did not recieved your tracking number within 2 days, please contact us.
Your government, on shipments from outside your country, may impose import duties, tariffs, taxes, or other importation fees. These charges (if any) are buyer's sole responsibility.
We will NOT be responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, or importation fees levied by countries outside the United States on products shipped to its customers.
In the event a customer refuses to pay these fees, or refuses to take possession of a shipment, which has been shipped in good faith to a customer outside of the United
States, the customer shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with the return of the shipment to Us. The initial shipping charges will be non-refundable.
These expenses will be deducted from any refund due them upon the safe return of the shipment.
FREE SHIPPING
Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, TOP SOLAR USA offers free shipping on all domestic orders ( 48 States Only ) placed on our eBay store , with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. TOP SOLAR USA understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our store, you can be sure that your order will be processed within 24 hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please contact Top Solar USA customer service to determin shipping cost to your country and shipping method. We ship to all international destinations. Before you place an order make sure your PayPal address is confirmed. We wont ship any order to Unconfirmed PayPal address.
DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
While it is unlikely that your items will be damaged during shipping, it can happen from time to time. However, in the unlikely instance of damage occurring during shipping, it is the customer's
responsibility to notify TOP SOLAR USA immediately.
If your item(s) arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one in accordance with the shipping company's policies and the
manufacturer's return policies. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE
FEDEX and UPS our primary shippers on all orders.You can contact our customer service department to determine which shipping company will be delivering your packages.
TOP SOLAR USA will not take responsibility for the missing package nor will we grant a refund or replacement and you the customer will need to file a claim directly with the shipping company
if your items are lost or stolen at your door steps or inside your business.
If you have any concerns that your package will be removed from your residence or business prior to you receiving after it is delivered please contact us prior to placing an order and specifying you want a
"Signature Required" This is an especially good idea for larger orders or if you have had problems in the past with missing packages.
If you do ask us for a "Signature Required" delivery we will take full responsibility of your delivery until the package has been signed for.

Nevada residents pay 8.10 % sales tax. No sales tax applied to residents of other states.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE (RMA Policy)
If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of the delivery date, call our customer service for Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)
Please retain your shipping confirmation for proof of shipping within 14 days of RMA creation until you have received a refund or exchange from ul-solar.com for the returned product. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept returned packages without RMA#.
If you return a package with out having been assigned a RMA#, the package will be denied and returned back to you and all associated costs will be your responsibility.
Any return that is not shipped within the 14 day window will be refused, and the RMA# will be null and void.
TOP SOLAR USA is not liable for loss of items returned without an RMA in advance.
All merchandise with an RMA must be shipped back to UL SOLAR, Inc within 14 days of the date that the RMA was issued (you may ship by any method you choose proper packaging is required any damage caused by shipper will not be
honored please insure your package as appropriate.)
The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used.
Secure your item(s) inside the original shipping box. If the original packaging materials are unavailable, you must obtain and use similar packaging materials and make every effort to ensure that the product is not damaged during shipping.
Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping. Please also include a copy of the original packing slip with your return.
Write your RMA number on the box in LARGE letters next to the shipping address. For example, “RMA# 18691”
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the restocking fee please call us or email us before you place the order.
Please allow us 14 days once we have received your returned items to process and credit your credit card.
