We ship all domestic items through UPS and international orders will be shipped through USPS. All packages weighing over 44 lbs, or that are over $400 in value, have to be shipped via USPS Global Express so please request a quote for shipping charges before purchasing. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment receipt and a tracking number will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

  • A physical address must be provided for shipping. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses.

  • LOCAL PICKUP: There is a $5.00 local pick-up fee associated with this service.

Shipping Damage

If an item is damaged a shipping claim will be filed with the shipping carrier. Please understand that this process can take 3-4 weeks to be completed and no further action will be taken by ROUND2 on the order until the claim has been decided. The item must remain with the original shipping materials in its originally received state. Additional information may be required, including pictures of the damage, in order to file the claim.

May have small dents, dings, scratches, cracks in plastics, shows significant signs of wear.

 

Major cosmetic damage, might be missing parts required to function.

Warranty Policies:

"60-day Warranty"

(Visit specific listing to see if this option is offered). This warranty covers the item for any kind of issue that was not preexisting and mentioned in the listing. The warranty starts the day the item is delivered and lasts for 60 days. Evaluation of the item and initiation of return must happen within this time limit and the item must remain in the originally received condition or RMA will be denied. Please do not attempt to repair.

If warranty is granted then the item needs to be shipped within 5 business days or return will not be accepted. When the item has been received the following solutions will be evaluated at Round2's discretion:

    1. Repair
    2. Replacement
    3. Refund

NOTE: If an item is shipped back without an approved RMA # on the outside of the return materials, the item will not be accepted and returned to sender.

 

"30-day Warranty"
