If your items should arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will give you a return authorization number. All merchandise must be returned with all original manufacturers packaging and paperwork, including the box within 30 days of the order date. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number from our store. Non-defective items and items that are being returned due to buyer remorse which qualified for "free shipping" on the original order and are being returned will have the standard shipping charges deducted from the amount of the refund or credit.
