Is "guess"-timated. I try to be as fair as I can be being I use the flat rate option. Although I mark it as economy shipping, I will send it the fastest way your shipping cost will cover. Please Keep in mind the inflated cost of shipping, plus the cost of shipping materials (paper, ink, packing materials, etc), The Ebay Fees, The Paypal Fees, and so on...Also I take great care in packaging your item appropriately. Some items can be mailed in a non-padded/padded envelope - which saves you on postage, But other items require a box. I will not compromise the condition of your merchandise to save a few pennies or dollars in postage. I wish I could ship everything free, but my low prices do not allow me to do this. I have actually 'paid' customers to take my merchandise...no fun. Please make sure you are okay with the shipping cost prior to placing your bid...don't bid if you don't think it's a good deal.

You have the right to request postal insurance. SEND ME A NOTE requesting that you want me to add insurance BEFORE you make payment and I will add the cost to your final invoice.

I consider my immediate feedback and the tracking number on your package as 'communication'; I pay extra for this service so you know when to expect your item. Please check your emails often as I also monitor the progress of your package. I too monitor the tracking numbers and progress of the shipment. It concerns me if it seems to take too long.
