The TurnStyles Thrift Store is operated by Catholic Neighborhood Outreach, Inc. in Kansas.  To shop TurnStyles you can view our items on eBay or you may visit our thrift store which is located at 9750 W. 87th Street in Overland Park, Ks.  We are located directly across from the main branch of the Johnson County Library.  We are open Monday-Saturday 10 am-6 pm.

 

Payment Policy

Payment is expected within 4 days from the end of the auction.  We accept PayPal only.  We ship within 5 days of receiving payment.

 

Combined Shipping

We will be happy to combine shipping on items ending within 1 week of each other.  Please let us know when you win an item if you are still bidding on other items.

 

Local Pick up

Items may be picked up locally at our Overland Park, Ks location.  We are located at 9750 W. 87th Street in Overland Park, Ks, 66212.   Please email ahead of time to notify us when you will be coming in so that we may have your order ready.  Local pickups are welcome Monday-Saturday 10 am-6 pm. Local pickups are subject to Kansas sales tax of 8.75% regardless of your state of residence. You are required to bring your invoice which will include the item number in order to pick up your item.  We ask that you pick up your item within one week of payment unless other arrangements have been made.

 

Refund Policy

If the purchased item does not match your expectation from our description, please contact us.  We will strive to remedy the problem.  You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item.  We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for fragile items.  We do our best to pack items well to protect them during shipment.
