In many cases we can offer a small sample of the fabrics depending upon what is available.

Home Luxury Bedding has a NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, NO EXCEPTION policy unless an error is made on our part. We are human and mistakes happen, we are happy fix them. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so be sure to ask questions before you purchase if you are unsure to get all the information.

Shipping Time and Cost

Home Luxury Bedding ships by our choice of UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground service.

You must provide a physical address for delivery of your item. NO P.O. Boxes are allowed by the carriers, so be sure to add any special notes so that your item will get to you personally. Please allow 5-7 business days from the payment date to ship your item. A week in needed to gather your item and get them to the shipping department to be packaged and sent. It usually takes UPS/FED EX up to 6 business days to deliver your item after its left our shipping dept.

 Occasionally out of stocks or oversells happen if we are low in stock on an item. We will email to see if you would like a substitution or refund if that situation occurs. Home Lxuury Bedding is an actual store and it is impossible to track stock that is being sold on ebay and in-store. We try to make sure all our listings are up to date, but if you leave us negative feedback even though we have listed that an item might be out of stock/oversold we will ban you from shopping with our store since the policy is posted clearly for every customer to read and understand before shopping with us. If you want us to check the item before you bid, we are happy to make sure the stock is available so you dont waste your time and then end up with the bad news.
