My daughter is now almost 4. Potty Training has been the most horrible experience I have had to deal with. The smell is awful when she went in her bed, or pants. I was doing so much laundry, I was about ready to collapse from exhaustment. I went on e-bay looking for the book "Potty Training for Dummies" I had to be doing something wrong. I found this auction instead. It was really cheap and claimed it worked, so I thought I would try it first before I spent the money on a big book the consisted of 200+ pages. ~Thank you so much, my little boy who is 2yrs 10mths is my first guinea pig for potty training and we started your training a week ago. Can't believe he is doing so well ! Wanted to share a funny experience with you that may help other parents. He did not find the potty comfortable to sit on and kept telling me "me bum hurting mummy" and the final straw was when he fell head over heels, over it, trying to get on it! For obvious reasons he then was not going to do that again. I provided a red beach bucket, yep the ones you make sand castles with!! We now take our beach bucket everywhere and he stands to do his wee, just like he will when he manages the toilet in the future. ~We are on day 3 and we added undies. I went against your advise because we were both going stir crazy so we went to my best friends house for the morning.  Our daughter did great all morning even with the distraction of playing with her best friend.  She had regular underwear on and didn't have one accident.  Thanks for the initial information and the extra help.  We have been trying for a while but didn't know exactly how to start with getting serious about it.  Our daughter is 20 months old and we kept thinking we would wait until 2 but knew she was ready.  This information has been very helpful.  I will recommend it to others. -Amy
