them ( By Using the Factory Bolts & Screws ).

Return Policy:
Winner assumes all risk of liability related to the purchase of the item. All
item are sold "As Is". Buyer are subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation
fee, shipping charge is non-refundable. Used item is not eligible for ANY
partial or full refund. Damage may occur during shipping. Any damage in shipment
is the responsibility of the carrier, therefore all damage claims must be made
by the purchaser directly to the freight company. In case of damage, keep all
boxes, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the freight company to
inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to
make a damage claim may be denied by the transit company if you do so. If the
item does not fit or defective, full refund will be provided after customer
returned the item within 10 days after receiving the item. please contact us no later than 10 days after receiving the
item, all sales are final after 10 days. If you want to return an item, that
items can't be modified or used in anyway, items must be in perfect condition.
It is the customer's responsibility to understand all of the work involved in
the installation process for items. Understand that professional installation is
needing. We recommend
having a ASE certificate tune shop or body shop to install the item.
Warranty is only apply for the item that installed by ASE certificate installer.
