Shipping FAQs:

I do my very best to ship out all items within 24 hours of payment, at times it takes a bit longer… but I will have your item out no longer than 3 business days.  

**Tracking Information ONLY available on US Expedited Shipments** 
**Tracking is NOT available on International shipments**
Though your package may have a Label ID #, the information is not always updated by the postal service and this is out of my control.  If you require a tracking number for an International shipment, your item must be shipped via USPS Express Mail.  Please email for a shipping cost quote.

All items are shipped from within the United States, from many different locations all over the country.

Combined Shipping or Multiple Item Purchases: 
As US Shipping is always FREE, there is no need to combine shipping.  We are unable to discount item prices on purchase less than 15 items.   Multiple item purchases may be shipped separately.  While I do always try to notify you of this, there are times I may miss an order.  If you receive your order and all items are not included, please feel free to email for a shipping update.

We do offer discounted shipping for combined International orders.  These orders must be paid for together in one PayPal payment.  Once your purchases are complete, please request a combined invoice and I will send it with the reduced shipping charge.

Shipping Delivery Estimates:
United States Standard Shipping is FREE!  I do my very best to have your item arrive as quickly as possible.  To accomplish this, your package may be shipped via USPS Media Mail, First Class Mail, Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx, DHL or other courier services.   I do ship to PO Boxes, but I really prefer not to.  If your item is shipped to a PO Box, it will ship via USPS Media Mail and will take longer.

Your item should arrive within the following times:

United States:              Standard ~ 2-15 business days after shipment
                                     Expedited ~ 1-3 business days after shipment 

International:              Canada ~ 7-21 business days after shipment
                                    Worldwide ~ 14-45 business days after shipment

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.  Please give adequate time for the package to arrive.

Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of auction close.  If your item has not been paid (even if you emailed saying you plan to pay) an unpaid dispute will be automatically filed.   If you purchased your item in error and need to cancel, please email BEFORE the 7 days.

Returns:
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment or does not work correctly, please contact me 30 days of your purchase.   As all of our items are Brand New and Factory Sealed, there are times there may be a manufacturer’s defect.  I am an honest seller and will take care of the issue. 

If you purchased the item in error and wish to return it for a refund or exchange, the items must be returned in EXACT condition it was received.  Example: If it is new, it must still be FACTORY SEALED.  Return shipping charges as well as original shipping and handling (S&H) charges will not be reimbursed.

We work VERY hard to provide you with the BEST prices, fastest shipping possible and 5*****Star Service.  If there are any issues with your purchase, please contact us before leaving feedback.  We leave feedback once the transaction is totally complete, you have left feedback and are 100% satisfied.

We are available Monday - Friday 10am-7pm EST.  All emails will be answered same day.  After hours or weekend emails will be answered within 24 hours. 

International Buyers – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
