Overview

This is the SR UH-1 Huey Gunship RTF helicopter. The Huey was the first turbine powered helicopter to enter production for the US Military and is most famously know for it’s service in the Vietnam War. This scale licensed Huey body is based on that famous helicopter and combined with the SR flight characteristics, is a great combination of scale and performance for a Ready to Fly.

This SR Huey, based on the popular SR RTF helicopter, is a great helicopter for anyone who has flown a single-rotor fixed-pitch helicopter. It comes out of the box programmed to provide a softer climb, pitch and roll response around the center of stick movement. This, combined with the tough, two-piece main frame and lower head speed, makes the Blade SR more forgiving and easier to master than most conventional CP helis. Plus, it’s big enough to fly outdoors even if there’s a little wind.

PAYMENTS

• Payment is required within two business days of auction's end.  PayPal is the accepted method of payment.  All sales shipped to New York State will be charged sales tax at 8.625% as required by state law.
• Any items that are not paid for within two business days may be relisted for sale.  If you should require more than two days to make your payment, please contact us via email when you make your purchase for an exception/approval.  We will review your request and respond directly back to you.  If approved, we will hold the item for you for an agreed upon time period.  An unpaid item reminder will be filed after five days if payment is not made within the agreed to time period, and the item will be relisted for sale.

SHIPPING

• We are currently shipping to the continental U.S. only.  Our policy is to ship to your verified PayPal account address.  Please be sure that the address you would like your item shipped to is accurate as we cannot be held accountable for invalid or incorrect "ship to" information.
• We do our best to ship items within two business days or less after your payment has cleared.  Please note that we cannot control transit times once the carrier has possession of the package.  If you require faster delivery, please contact us via email; we can provide expedited shipping service at an additional cost.
• Methods of shipment include UPS and U.S. Postal Service (available methods of shipment may vary depending on the item being purchased).  Shipments are typically sent as "No Signature Required" and "Delivery Confirmation".  If you prefer to sign for your delivery, please let us know by email when you make your purchase so that we can accommodate your request.
• Should your package become damaged in shipping, please contact us directly via email so that we can work with you and the carrier to resolve the problem.

WARRANTY

• We are an authorized dealer of all products that we sell.  These products are supported and warranteed directly through the manufacturer for any defects, service or replacement claims.  Please refer to the warranty information which is included with the product.
• Please note that we may at times sell "demo" or "used" items.  These items do not carry any warranty and we do not accept any returns on these items.

RETURN POLICY

Items will be accepted for return as follows:

• We do not accept returns on items listed and sold as "demos" or "used".
• All returns must follow our RMA process (see instructions below) and will incur a 10% restocking fee.
• Returns for new items are accepted within seven days of buyer's receipt of item.
• Shipping charges on all returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Item must be returned in "as sold" condition.  We will not accept products for return if opened or used.
• Processing of refund will commence once we have received and inspected the returned item.
• Refunds for approved returns will be given as money back via PayPal refund (less eBay fees and restocking fees).

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process:

• Contact us via email to request an RMA (type "RMA REQUEST" in the subject heading of your email).
• Provide us with the reason for returning the item.
• Provide all of the information from the original purchase including:
• The eBay item number of the listing
• Your name, address and email address
• Any additional pertinent information you would like to include
• Once we have received your request and have had a chance to review it, we will respond back to you via email.
• Approved returns will be provided with an RMA number and additional return instructions via email.
