PAYMENT INFORMATION:

We prefer PayPal payments.  It is fast, easy and the most secure method of payment.  Simply follow the instructions that you will receive after the auction/listing ends.  Please ensure that your shipping address is correct!  We will only ship to PayPal verified addresses.  All international buyers must pay with paypal!  This makes it easier for both parties and avoids any language barriers.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

U.S. Buyers:

We currently ship via USPS and UPS services and will email tracking information upon shipping to PayPal registered e-mail addresses.  All shipments, including expedited (rush) shipments, will only ship after we receive confirmation that payment has been received and all pending e-checks have cleared.  Payment method is determined by YOU, the BUYER.  Calculated shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the packaged item(s) relative to the seller's and buyer’s location.  The posted rates are calculated by an automatic tool within eBay. If you believe these rates to be unreasonable, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate. 

International Buyers:

International shipments will be processed via UPS Worldwide Expedited and/or USPS if the package meets all shipping requirements.  APO shipments are welcome, however due to package dimension limits, not all items can ship using USPS.  Neglecting to check with us first, prior to bidding &/or buying the item, will neither void nor omit the buyer from obligations to pay for the item(s) won.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Any package shipped outside of the United States is subject to additional shipping charges.  The calculated shipping feature only calculates raw shipping charges – NOT duties, taxes and/or fees.  International buyers are completely responsible for paying their own duties and customs fees.  These fees are determined by your government, not Cool Breeze Cyclery.  Import rate charts may easily be found via the Internet.  Packages being sent to international destinations may take longer to arrive due to customs delays.  We absolutely will not mark any package as a “gift” or display a lower price to reduce duties.  PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO DO THIS.

Returns:

Depending on the individual item, returns MAY or MAY NOT be accepted.  We gladly accept returns for defective or non-functioning products.  Products must both be in an unused condition and in the original packaging with tags still attached (if applicable).  If you have a problem product, please contact us.  Upon receipt of the product, we can either issue an exchange, store credit, or a refund.  Any returns received for reasons other than the above must be sent at the BUYER’S expense and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Any refunds or credits issued will not take into account the original shipping price.  BUYERS rejecting shipments due to higher than expected import charges will be subject to return shipping charges.  Buyer negligence will neither excuse you from having to pay these charges nor does it make it our obligation to refund any such charges.
