NOTICE THE AMP OUTPUT IN DIFFERENT WIND SPEEDS


 


Why 9 or 11 blades?
Because the RENEGADE SUPER PMA has a high amp
output. High amp output requires allot of torque so we designed the 9 and 11 blade system to do two things...
Have high torque and extreme low wind start up.
Once a gust of wind starts the blades turning, the mere weight of the hub and blades acts like a flywheel and just keeps turning as the wind speed slows.

Why high amps?
Amps are whats needed to charge batteries. The higher the amp output the quicker your batteries come up to a full charge.
Allot of companies are showing a PMA putting out 12 volts at real low rpms. What they are not showing you is any amp output at that low rpm.
12 volts and no amps = no charging. Their volt output is done under a no load condition, meaning not connected to a battery. This gives a misleading output.

The Missouri Raider Wind Turbine has an extra large tail fin for maximum tracking in the wind and increases air flow though the blades which increases the power output.
Our 9 blade hub is 8" in dia. x 3/16" thick, the hub is supported with our
hub spacer stabilizer. This keeps the hub from flexing or vibrating in high winds.

The Raider uses our genuine RAPTOR blades for the highest speed possible. Higher speed means greater output. All PMA's need high speed to generate any usable power,

high speed cannot be accomplished by aluminum blades with a large round pitch, wooden blades, or PVC blades.

All Missouri Wind Turbines are manufactured by Missouri Wind and Solar in
Missouri, USA and have the MW logo laser cut in the tail fin.
Our Genuine Raptor Blades all have "RAPTOR" in the base of the blade. IF it does not say RAPTOR, it is NOT a genuine Raptor blade made in Missouri.
We will not say they are made in Missouri, We will show you. See our factory video.

Blade start up is 7 mph. winds. Once started the wind can slow to 2 to 3 mph before blades stop turning.

We do not recommend using our Raptor Blades with any hub made less than the hubs recommended on our site.
Warranty does not apply due to a tower fall, over tightening of bolts
or striking debris from tornado or hurricanes, falling trees.
Warranty only applies when our blades are used with our blade hubs only. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs only.
All broken blades must be returned to Missouri Wind And Solar
for replacement with copy of purchase at owners expense. We will pay to return them back to you.
