No product may be returned to Farm & City Supply without first obtaining a returned material authorization (RMA) number from the customer service department by contacting us through eBay messages. 2. Farm & City Supply will not hold responsibility for any products returned without proper authorization. Products received without proper authorization will be refused. 3. All returned products are subject to Farm & City Supply inspection. 4. Only returned products in original/saleable condition at the time of receipt by Farm & City Supply will be refunded with 20% restocking charge. Refunds are for the cost of product only, do not include initial shipping. 5. Any or all returned products that are not in new saleable condition at the time of receipt by Farm & City Supply will be subject to a refurbishing charge of up to 100% of the product cost. 6.
