Shipping is free for this item to the lower 48 States.  Your item is generally processed and shipped within 3 - 4 business days.  In some cases there are delays and or backorders for certain items, should this happen we would notify you immediately and let you know the status of the item.

Availability

Most of the Diaper Bags that we carry are in stock and are ready to ship.  However, it is not uncommon for an item to be out of stock due to limited supply and or other circumstances.  Therefore if you would like to make sure the product that you are interested in is in stock we recommend that you email us and let us know what item you are interested in so we can verify availability.

In the event that you place an order for an item that is out of stock we will promptly refund your money.  We can notify you when the item becomes available again.

When You Get Your Item

Please inspect the item before accepting it to make sure that there is no damage to the item during shipping from the manufacturer.  Shipping damages are not common but then can occur from time to time.  If you notice any damage then you should take note of it and contact us.  You also have the option to refuse delivery of the item and get in contact with us and notify us of the problem.  We work closely with all of our suppliers to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied.

Returns

We do accept returns within 30 calendar days of the Buyers receipt of the item (this is the date that the tracking information says the item was delivered on).  Please be aware that the Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  The Buyer must also get in touch with us during the 14 day return period for an RMA number prior to returning the item.  Due to the nature of these items Returns that are made due to Buyers Remorse are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
