- 4.Please contact us first about a question or problem with your order. We wish to resolve all complaints/issues to prevent a PayPal/eBay complaint from needing to be filed. Filing a complaint just delays results for everyone.
- 5.If you have any questions or if you want the item by a specfic date due to birthday, moving etc, please email us first and we can make special arrangements, usually at an additional cost for upgraded shipping.
- 6.Shipping time can take as long as 7-14 working days. But It can be up to 18 working days in USA/ Canada and 25 working days to some European countries as European post office and customs always delay shipping.
- 7.We have no control over your item once shipped. Insurance is offered at an additional fee to cover any lost or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office about delays in shipping. DON'T buy if you do not agree with this.
- 8.If you choose to leave us negative feedback on eBay before attempting to resolve the problem, we will accept this as final resolution to the matter.
