We offer a full refund or exchange as long as the item that was bought is returned to us in the same condition it was sold in. Worn products of any sort are not redeemable. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If we happen to make a mistake during shipping (poor packaging, sending the wrong item, etc.) you will receive a refund or exchange for your product and the return shipping will be reimbursed! If you happen to simply just not like your item or the size didn't fit right, you will be fully refunded except return shipping which is the responsibility of the buyer. If the package is not returned within 7 days of recieving it you will not recieve a full refund. Shipping

We deal with US shipping through UPS ground. Our shipping department makes sure each and every package we send out is sent out secure the RIGHT WAY! As soon as a purchase is made our shipping department is notified and the item is shipped out that day or at the very latest the following day. We do however work Monday through Friday so we do not ship on weekends. As soon as the item is shipped we update the tracking number in the EBay order.
