Payment Options:

Per Ebay policy, all payments are accepted through Paypal, which includes Bill Me Later as well as E-Checks.

Shipping & Handling:

All purchases are shipped upon receipt of payment. E-checks must clear before an item will ship. All items are carefully packaged to ensure their safe delivery. Shipping is done through USPS with delivery confirmation in order for the shipment to be tracked. Unless otherwise stated, the shipping calculator will supply a quote based upon the weight of the shipment and the distance it will travel. Please refer to this when seeking a price for shipping. Outgoing packages are picked up by my postman several times per week. Local customers are welcome to pick up their purchases; however, a $1.50 handling fee will apply on this occasion.

International Shipping

I am happy to ship worldwide; however, I have no control over the shipping costs. Therefore, if you are not happy with the shipping prices there is very little I can do to adjust them as the post office sets the prices. The shipping calculator will quote rates for first class as well as priority mail. Please be advised that shipments going via first class mail cannot be tracked. The postal service only provides tracking information for shipments traveling via priority or express mail. Shipping time will vary depending upon the destination. Some packages arrive within 2 weeks and others take longer. Once again, I have no control over this, so if you are in need of a speedy delivery I recommend using priority service in order to track your shipment.   

Combined Shipments:

The more you buy ~ The more you save! YES! I am always happy to combine multiple purchases to save on shipping costs. I will send an invoice to you with the combined shipping costs after you have finished bidding/purchasing. Please Note: The system will not automatically calculate combined discounted shipping. Please wait until I have sent an invoice before submitting your payment. If payment is submitted before I send an invoice I cannot go back and adjust or refund the shipping. For Candy Molds, shipping will be an additional .50 for each additional mold purchased. (This applies to shipments within the U.S. only ~ International shipments are based upon the weight and distance of the shipment).

Insurance:

We take great care in packaging items to ensure their safe delivery. However, we cannot predict how the post office will handle packages. Insurance is the buyer’s option, but highly recommended for fragile items, for an additional $1.85 for up to $50.00 coverage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once they have been shipped. Please insure your purchase accordingly.

Returns:

Returns will only be accepted if the item has been misrepresented in the listing. The buyer must contact the seller for return authorization and all Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. All candy molds are brand new (unless otherwise stated) and MUST be returned in ‘NEW’ condition to qualify for a refund. Candy molds that have been used cannot be returned. Please Note: Shipping charges are not refundable, this includes the original shipping in addition to the return shipping charges.
