Here's a 9" wide plate with curved rays emanating from an inner circle towards the outside rim, resulting in slight scalloping. It's a tribute to "Fort No. 4 - Charlestown, N.H." as illustrated, along with an image of the fort, in brown coloring. The backside has dates from 1735 - 1753, with historically significant events listed. "Made exclusively for the Town of Charlestown, N.H. in the Bicentennial year of 1976." Some of the lettering has been smudged, making it unreadable, as the information appears to be on top of, rather than under, the glaze. "DeVault Noble Fine China - Decorative Use Only". Excellent condition. Thanks.
