This is a Homedics Quad Roller Shiatsu Massaging Cushion Pad model # QRM-400.  It has a removable black center flap -  in photo, it is thrown over shoulder area.  As far as I know, this item is NEW.  But, it has been removed from it's original packaging.  The original stickers are still on the item.  The remote is shrink wrapped with plastic.  Item has been tested and is fully functional.  Product Features

Payment:

Shipping:
Includes delivery confirmation, which will give the date & time it was shipped from seller & delivered to buyer.  Delivery Confirmation DOES NOT TRACK the package anywhere in between, it is not a tracking number (only comes with express mail).  Packages are usually sent Parcel Post (can take up to 9 days) through USPS.  Packages are sometimes upgraded to Priority Mail (can take up to 5 days).  Parcel Post shipping is what the shipping rates are based on.  Parcel post typically takes 3-6 days.  Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days.  Items are sent priority when it's makes sense monetarily.  Insurance can be added to your shipment.  If an item gets broken, damaged, or lost in the mail.  It is the buyer's responsibility once the item has been shipped.  It's the seller's responsibility to ship the item and provide proof of shipping.   Without insurance, you (the buyer) will have no recourse to get your money back.  Insurance needs to be purchased separately and specifically requested ASAP.  eBay and Paypal messages is required to ensure that the insurance is not skipped accidentally.
