About Us
We are a small enterprise located in our humble town of Johnstown PA 15904 that deals with selling overstock products mainly electronics (but not limited to) such as state of the art televisions and digital cameras. We abide by the L.L.C. regulations and Policies. We strive for excellent customer service and will work with any situation to ensure that you are satisfied with your transaction on e-bay.
About Our Items/Item Condition
Unless stated in the auction description, all items are OPEN BOX. This means the boxes have been opened to verify the content.
Our items range from used goods, returned goods, overstock merchandise, shelf-pulls, or store displays.
We DO NOT know the history of our items beyond what we describe in our ads.
When a item is said to NOT come in original packaging or box, this means we will provide a generic box for storage and shipment because the item does not have its original box or packaging.
We attempt to obtain correct specifications from the manufacturer's website, if this is not possible, we will obtain specifications from other legitimate sources.
We are NOT liable for misinformation regarding the item's specifications.
PLEASE READ: It is the bidder's responsibility to confirm compatibility/specifications with the manufacturer BEFORE placing a bid.
Each item is checked to the best of our ability. Due to the nature of our products it is important that you remember we are human too, and mistakes can be made. We will try to resolve most item problems that are in our control.
Warranties: Some of our items come with warranty information. Please note that we do not know what type of, if any, warranty the item actually possesses. We include the information if it comes with an item, but the warranty is NOT guaranteed to be valid with the manufacturer. We do not advise buyers to contact the manufacturer regarding any type or warranty as we are NOT authorized dealers or retailers, and we simply include the warranty information with items if the comes to us with them. However, we do recommend purchasing a warranty through square trade!
Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if you are having an issue with your item or if it appears shipping damage has occurred; CONTACT MUST BE MADE within 7 days of receiving the item in order for us to assist you with any item issues. If the above problems occur, you must retain all included shipping materials, including the box, in order to return the item for a refund/replacement or to file a claim.(Please see our return policy.)
Payment
Under no circumstances would we ask you to wire money. Beware of scams!!! If you have sent payment and you do not receive a tracking number by the end of the business day (Monday through Friday), please e-mail us regarding payment confirmation. If any payment or shipping information is missing (ie; correct address and accurate payment amount), your shipment may be delayed until we can obtain the above necessary information. PA sales tax applies to all PA residents..
Non-Paying Bidders
Payment, in full, is expected within 7 days from the close of the auction! When payment is NOT received for an eBay item in the allotted time frame, an eBay Non-Paying Bidder Notification will be filed regardless of contact between the buyer and the seller; we do not accept partial payments or payments intended to cover eBay fees.
If you send an e-mail backing-out of a listing post-auction, you will receive a draft email confirmation from us stating to expect a Non-Paying Bidder Notification.
Shipping/Pickup
We try to have items packaged and shipped as soon as payment is received – if a problem arises we will contact you via email. We charge a FLAT rate for all of our shipments; UNLESS, because of size and weight, the item needs to be picked up or shipped by freight.
If items are not picked up or freight-ed within 7 days of winning your auction, you will be charged a $25.00 storage fee per item, per week! Items are shipped via FedEx only. We will only ship using our FedEx account number. PLEASENOTE: We only ship to 48 continental states within the USA, sorry NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE! We do not ship to any other International locations or to APO/FPO, or P.O. Boxes (the lower 48 only). If you won an auction and you are from an International location, you will need to provide a physical US shipping address in order for us to ship your item. . A tracking number is automatically emailed upon FedEx pick-up to the paypal email address provided. If your item is returned to our warehouse by FedEx as a result of an incorrect provided shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment charges for the item.
For local pickups, we charge a $5.00 pickup fee on weekdays (Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm) and a $10.00 pickup fee on Saturdays (9:00am-12:30pm) PER ITEM. Please bring the appropriate packing materials with you. We do not supply any extra packing. PAYPAL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AND CLEARED PRIOR TO LOCAL PICKUP AND WE WILL NOT HONOR A LOCAL PICKUP FOR ITEMS UNDER $50.00!! Please contact us ahead of time so we may suit your pickup needs to provide a no hassle pickup experience for you. A tracking number is automatically emailed upon FedEx pick-up to the paypal email address provided. If your item is returned to our warehouse by FedEx as a result of an incorrect provided shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment charges for the item.
Freighted Items (Large/Heavy items)
If stated in the ad that this item (usually heavy/large items) needs to be freighted: You can calculate your actual shipping charges, by visiting the FedEx National LTL Web Site and input the below information. Please call us so we can schedule a pick up for your item – it will be delivered to you with shipping charges COD.

If you want the pallet delivered to a residence, please select Residential Delivery; if you need a liftgate (to lower the pallet to the ground from the truck) please select Liftgate Delivery (average cost $100). If you do not select either of these options, your quote will be for a business address delivery without a liftgate, or for a pick-up at your local FedEx National LTL Terminal.
Returns
Due to the nature of eBay business, unfortunately, issues do arise and occur. It is important that you inspect your item(s) immediately upon receiving them. If you find an issue, please contact us immediately. Please do not return an item before contacting us. Remember! Items sold "AS IS" are NOT eligible for return! Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving the item in order for us to assist you with item issues. The buyer is responsible for a 10% restocking fee, and all of our eBay and PayPal fees. If the item is in a condition other than how it was shipped from our warehouse, the above stated refund will not be issued until, for example, the missing accessories are provided/returned to our warehouse or the cosmetic/functional damage repairs are paid for by the customer. If the problem is because of our error we will pay return shipping fees. For faster refund: when you return an item please include the e-bay item number and the reason for return when sending the item back to us.

We strive to ensure good customer relations. If there is a problem with your e-Bay transaction please contact us before leaving a negative feedback and we will do whatever it may take to leave you satisfied with your purchases.
