THE SUBDIVISION ALSO ATTACHES TO 640 ACRES OF BLM LAND THAT CAN BE USED FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES. This property is accessible via county and dirt roads with recorded easements between each lot for access within the subdivision. The property is flat to slightly rolling with a small increase in elevation toward the northwest corner of the section. Water by well at approximately 75-150 feet (residential wells permitted by the county). Power is nearby, although alternative energy is also another possibility and is used throughout the area. There are county dirt roads and BLM roads (Bureau of Land Management), throughout the area. The property is located approximately 30 miles north of Battle Mountain, approximately 2 miles west of Antelope Creek, 60 miles East of Winnemucca, 75 miles northwest of Elko and 25 miles north of Interstate 80, which is the main corridor through Northern Nevada.
