About this guitar:
This is a Manufacturer Refurbished Guitar—which means that it originally did not meet the manufacturer's quality control. Typically the issue was minor cosmetic (the paint or finish) or electronic (a loose wire or a solder that needed repair). It was sent to the largest Manufacturer Service Center in the US (in Nashville TN) to be resolved by factory trained Fender guitar technicians. Each instrument had to pass a series of five inspections by the Manufacturer Service Center before it could be resold.
A “USED” stamp has been very lightly embossed on the back of the headstock because the original manufacturer’s warranty is no longer in effect once it goes to the Service Center. This instrument can now be sold with no issues --in “Like New” condition. I inspect and play each guitar before listing it so I’m confident I’m selling a quality instrument and saving you money. This guitar looks awesome. And it plays just as good as it looks! You're gonna love it! I'm not sure why this one went to the Service Center (I will always indicate if I know), but whatever it was is not evident.
