The H2OT SHOT is uniquely designed, compact, self-contained unit that heats water or process chemistry on demand. The H2OT SHOT is specifically designed to minimize hold-up volume and provide a clean flow path for high purity processes. The H2OT SHOT is easy to install, operate and requires limited maintenance. All programming is done at the factory; all that is required for start-up is plumbing connections and a power supply. Once the circuit breaker and toggle switch are turned on, and the start button is depresses, the unit will supply heated water, when flow is provided, to the process. When fluid falls below a pre-set minimum, the H2OT SHOT turns off power to the heating elements and a timed bleed cycle in initiated. During the timed bleed cycle, a small amount of water is allowed to flow, cooling the heating element assembly. The unit will remain in standby mode until water flow is again initiated.
