• Ribbon Colors:

Standard in stock colors... White, Ivory Chocolate, Black, Brown, Rust, Pink, Hot Pink, Burgundy, Wine, Red, Dark Red, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Royal Blue, Lavender, Purple, Teal, Gold Silver.

Other Colors may be ordered at extra charge if not in stock. We have had some luck finding ribbon to go with dress colors from David's Bridal.  It may take a few days to have them shipped in.

• Flower Colors:

These roses are dyed in special shade of Yellow but we can match your sample.  Please contact us to discuss your colors and pricing.  Dark and hard to match colors cost more. But our pricing is generally reasonable for this special service.

• Bouquet Sizes:

Round Bouquets are available in 9".10". 11" and 12" Diameters.  For a smaller bouquets we make hand tied arrangements with wrapped stems..

• Custom Packages:

If you find a bouquet you like all you have to do is send us an email listing the  items you want for your wedding we will design a package for your wedding that includes everything you want. 

• Free Consultations:
  

We also offer a free consultations via email or 30 minutes by phone.  You will have to email us with you contact info to take advantage of this free but valuable service.  This is not limited to floral advice.  Mary is a professional Wedding Consultant and will be happy to give you the benefit of  her twenty years experience in the wedding industry.  No purchase is necessary and we will never sell your information.

Our Policies

• Discounts:

1. Multiple item or package discounts available on orders received and shipped at the same time.  When you order four or more items from our store ask for a price before you check out.  The discount will be taken off the total.
2. Combined shipping discounts are given on items shipped together.

• Rush Orders
  

1. We take rush orders when possible.  Custom Dyed flowers do take longer.
   
2. Please email us before ordering to confirm that we can deliver in time.  
3. If you need your flowers in less than two weeks there will be a small service charge.
4. We ship small orders by Priority Mail but large orders are shipped ground.  If we have to use expedited shipping there will be an extra charge.

• Shipping:

1. USPS Priority Mail... small boxes.
2. USPS Parcel Post... Boxes larger than 12x12x12.
3. USPS Express Mail... by request at an extra cost.
4. UPS... by request at an extra cost when necessary to cover Postage.

• Payments:

1. We accept payments thru Paypal.
2. We offer a lay-a-way plan.  Please contact us before ordering and we will send you the full details of this free service.
   

• Return Policy:

1. If we make a mistake or if the item arrives damaged we will fix it or replace the item.
2. If we can not fix or replace the item we will refund the cost of the item.
3. Buyer pays all return shipping fees.
4. Custom Colors are not returnable but we will work with you if there is a problem.  Color samples can vary. While we have had some success, if you are sending a picture of your color via email  we can not guarantee a match due to color fluctuations on different monitors.
